Giloy – A Boon : Ayurveda

Giloy (English Name: Tinospora cardifolia) has a multivariate vine. Its leaves are like betel leaves. It is known by many names in Ayurveda, such as Amrita, Guduchi, Chinnaruha, Chakrangi, etc. Its name is Amrita, because it is multi-year and has similar properties to nectar.
In Ayurveda, it is considered to be the great medicine of fever, in very old Giloy, it can also be thick like arms. Out of this, roots come out from place to place and keep swinging downwards. Roots on rocks or ridges of fields penetrate into the ground and give rise to other vines.
It has proved to be a boon for many diseases such as: treating diabetes, treating arthritis, enhancing immunity, improving digestion, suitable for treating jaundice, benefit in diabetes, fever due to gout disorder and Benefits in typhoid disease.
If you are eating Giloy juice, mix two to three teaspoons of Giloy juice in one cup of water and consume it on an empty stomach in the morning. If you are taking decoction, make a decoction of Giloy and add honey to it and consume it after eating twice a day.
