Book: Karmic Medicine: 38 Years of Healing Wisdom

Author: Dr. Renu

Shreya Raina – What inspired you to write Karmic Medicine?
Dr. Renu – For 38 years I saw same pain repeating. People were not sick in body, they were stuck in karma. I wanted to give them a medicine they can use at home, without me. That is why I wrote it.

Shreya Raina – What does “Karmic Medicine” mean to you?
Dr. Renu – Medicine that heals the cause, not the symptom. Tablet heals body for one day. Karmic Medicine heals the pattern for lifetime.

Shreya Raina – How are karma and healing connected?
Dr. Renu – Karma is stored emotion. Healing is releasing it. When you forgive, when you let go, body starts healing itself. That is connection.

Shreya Raina – What is your biggest lesson from 38 years of experience?
Dr. Renu – People don’t need more advice. They need permission to release. My biggest lesson – hold less, heal more.

Shreya Raina – How can we balance mind, body, and soul?
Dr. Renu – Morning 10 minutes. 5 minutes breathing for mind, 5 minutes silence for soul. Body will follow. Don’t make it complex.

Shreya Raina – Can karmic awareness help break negative patterns?
Dr. Renu – Yes. Once you see pattern, it breaks by 50%. Awareness itself is medicine. Rest 50% is daily practice.

Shreya Raina – What role does forgiveness play in healing?
Dr. Renu – Forgiveness is the final medicine. Not for other person, for yourself. Till you forgive, karma keeps repeating.

Shreya Raina – How can we apply spiritual wisdom in daily life?
Dr. Renu – Don’t separate spiritual and daily. While making chai, while talking to family – be present, be kind. That is spiritual practice.

Shreya Raina – What is the key message of your book?
Dr. Renu – You are not your karma. You are the healer of your karma. Book shows you how.

Shreya Raina – What advice would you give to your readers?
Dr. Renu – Don’t just read Karmic Medicine. Use it. Open any page, do one exercise. One small step daily – your life will change.
